Prayer Updates
Dear Prayer Partners,
First of all, thank you so much for continuing to pray, encourage, and support me through this journey. Your prayers truly mean more than words can express. I firmly believe that prayer is not just a ministry of the church, it is the engine that drives everything we do. Thank you for faithfully standing in the gap and believing in what God is doing through Breakthrough Church.
I’m excited to officially share that Breakthrough Church has now received full approval, and we are finally moving forward! This has been a long process filled with prayer, preparation, and trusting God step by step, so it is exciting to see doors beginning to open. As many of you may have already seen through social media, I am now able to publicly share the vision and mission of this church plant with others. Please feel free to share the vision, invite people into prayer, and spread the word with anyone you believe may want to be part of what God is doing in Eau Claire.
Over the next couple of months throughout the summer, my primary focus will be fundraising and building support for the church plant. I am currently working on creating a creative giving campaign that will help raise the financial support needed to launch Breakthrough Church well and reach people effectively in Eau Claire.
One of the things I am most looking forward to during this season is simply having conversations with people. I’m excited to meet with individuals, pastors, churches, and local businesses to begin building relationships and sharing the vision for Breakthrough Church throughout the city. I truly believe God is already preparing hearts for what He wants to do.
As we continue moving forward, there are several major needs I would ask you to be praying about for ministry purposes:
Financial provision for the church plant and launch expenses
A committed launch team to help build and establish the church
More people willing to join the intercessory prayer team, because prayer must remain at the center of everything we do
On a more personal note I would also deeply appreciate prayer for some personal requests during this season:
Provision for a reliable vehicle — a true miracle vehicle situation
That God would bring the right lifelong partner into my life so I do not have to walk this journey alone
Finding an apartment or house in Eau Claire this fall, hopefully around September
That God would bring a young man into my life whom I can intentionally disciple throughout this church planting journey
Thank you again for every prayer, every encouraging message, and every moment you spend lifting this mission before God. I truly could not do this alone, and I am incredibly grateful for each one of you. I believe the best is still ahead, and I cannot wait to continue sharing what God does through Breakthrough Church in Eau Claire.
